Arvind Mogal is an agribusiness leader with
18+ years of experience across Reliance Retail,
Star Bazaar (Tata & Tesco), WayCool Foods, and Tesco Hindustan, managing
large-scale fresh produce procurement, farmer sourcing networks, and export programs
serving Middle Eastern markets.
With a background in Agriculture and an MBA in Agribusiness, he has always worked at
the intersection of farming, retail, and business strategy. Over the years, he witnessed
one critical gap quality crops from farmers never reaching organized markets. That gap
became his purpose.
He founded Lasavi Farm Solution LLP to bridge
growers and businesses through smarter sourcing, quality assurance, and a farmer-first
approach to supply chain excellence.
